Help. I jailbroke my ipod touch ios 6.1.5 the way anybody else did it and i booted it tethered and cydia did not install. When i went into ifunbox the cydia package installer was there but it did not install. I jailbroke it on ios 6.1.3 but there was problems so

i updated to ios 6.1.5 and did the procidure again and i used the ios 6.0 4g touch ipsw. Help.
