cant delete Ownspy icon

IPhone 5 using ios 7 and current jailbreak:
I downloaded the cydia app Ownspy.....I did not like the program. I tried to delete it but cydia did not show it on installed packages. I went into ifile and deleted the application and then went to the Ownspy website and deleted my account. However I'm still left with the icon and it has no "X" to delete. Any suggestions? Is a very bad program beware!

Solved! Thanks Anyway
Downloaded Ifunbox on PC, then conducted a search for all "ownspy" files and deleted them which included the app icon. -
