No, there is no way to bypass it. You should try to contact the owner if he or she has left the contact number using Find my iPhone.

you could bypass it... if it has the icloud passlock because of the find my iphone app then you have to go through a process that youtube has many answers too. i did it. but you cant use the app which is what im trying to figure out how to do. but if its only the passcode or the pin just reset the phone. but you should try to contact the owner its the right thing to do. in my case i tried contacting the owner 2 different ways but they didnt answer my calls or texts.but there are ways to use the phone...
