Cydia Crashes and lost use of Safari and Mail

Today my iPhone 5 crashed at least 10 times and now I cant use Safari or Mail.....however chrome will open and let me browse the internet. I'm going to uninstall packages one by one to see if I can find the cause. Any Suggestions?

Did you add a repo? This usually happens when you add repo for pirated apps. Remove the repo, you may have added to see if it helps.

Can you please explain what a repo is? Can I search the phone for it?

Well, I figured it out. After searching the net for possible solutions I got nothing...but most of the suggestions referred to a cache issue, so I just deleted most of my cashe files using ifile and then did a hard reboot.....everything works well now including Cydia.
