Help ! Iphone 4s

hey there.. i have a iphone 4s unlock to jamaica .. well ma battery is not really 100% good as last long.. the new ios 7 jailbreak it out and a dont think am ready for that yey... so i was working if there is any alternative way to get some cydia apps/tweaks .. i already have free apps and a know how to get it.. but was just wonder if there is any cydia kinda thingy
