How to UNLOCK iPhone 3GS?

Hi, could you please help me out, or point me in the right direction.

I have an iPhone 3GS which is locked to Fido/Rogers in Canada. I successfully jailbroke it using untethered 6.1.3 Redsn0w, using this method:

Now, how do I unlock it?

The iPhone is using Firmware 06.15.00 and its a new model 3GS.

    It has been a long time since Ultrasn0w has been updated, so it seems unlikely it will be released for iOS 6.1.3 anytime soon.

    You are better off paying for the IMEI based unlocking solution to unlock your device.
