not installing cracked apps

I upgraded ios 7.0.4 and jailbreaked it some tweaks are not working even i reinstalled mobile substrate I upgraded again and then jailbreak I intalled sources and app sync for ios 7
but same cracked apps are not installing
can you please tell me
