Did you install apppsync? Most of these issues is due to apppsync, which is not supported on iOS 7. So remove it to see if it resolves the issue.

If that doesn't help then try uninstalling afc2add as that could also be causing this problem.

i remove apppsync and afc2add !!!
But still the same problem.

You should also remove the pirated apps.

If it doesn't help then you may have to restore your device and re-jailbreak again. Take a backup before doing it.

This is what worked for my IPhone 5 last week when I had the same issue.

Do you have the app called Ifile? If not get it or a similar program...then open it and go to /var/mobile/ library/caches. Scroll down past all the folders and delete all the files that are not in folders. you could probably delete the folders since its all cache but I'm not going to recommend that.

Alternatively, you could probably get the program Icleaner Pro and that would do it for you. Here is a tutorial and download instructions for Icleaner pro http://www.hackphone.co.il/singlepost-id-13566.htm
