iPhone 4- Cydia app location after installation

Needing help!!! My phone is iPhone 4 iOS 7. I have jail broken it and installed cydia. After installing a few things from cydia I can't find them. I've looked everywhere for my installed cydia apps( ringtones, themes, ect.) Can't find them.
Am I missing something! Please help!!!
