Did you install appsynnc? A lot of these issues is due to it as it is not compatible with iOS 7. Remove it and see if it resolves the problem.

Hi, I have installed **** but Safari is still not able to launch..

install a difrent internet search engine like google chorme or something like that

I meant if you have appsynnc installed then you should remove it. The problem is due to it and other pirated apps that you may have installed.
