iPhone 5 downgrade from IOS 7 to 6.1.3

I have been searching without finding a definitive answer. I currently have an iPhone 5 on IOS 6.1.3 with the SHSH saved in iFaith and TinyUmbrella. I wanted to upgrade to IOS 7, but wanted the option to downgrade if needed. I see a lot of information on downgrading the iPhone 4, but none on the iPhone 5. Does anyone have the definitive answer if iFaith can be used to create a new IPSW to downgrade the iPhone 5 back to 6.1.3 with the saved Blob?

There is currently no way to downgrade iPhone 5 from iOS 7. It is only possible for older devices like iPhone 4, 3GS.
