Jailbreak Tweak Icons missing or white with grey lines

I've had my 5S jailbroken since the new ios7 jailbreak came out. I've done all of the upgrades and all of the tweaks are working but randomly my jailbreak icons disappear from my jailbreak folder or instead of disappearing they go white with grey lines. Sometimes respringing works but other times it doesn't. How can I fix this?

In iOS 6, there was a tweak called iWipeCache that used to fix such issues. Not sure if it is compatible with iOS 7. You could check.

Downloaded iWipeCache and it isn't updated for 5S yet just kept crashing the Springboard. Thanks for the suggestion though.
