All icons are Square!!

Hello Forum,
After installing and uninstalling a few different themes, all of my icons changed from the square with round corners to regular square. I can't seem to get them to turn back to normal. I've install and uninstall all of the theme tweaks I had twice, including WinterBoard and nothing seems to work. I even started my phone on "safe mode" and even there the icons are square.
I'm not an expert in Jailbreaking and it's very possible that I deleted something I shouldn't have, so I'm sorry if this seems like a stupid question, but I really need some help here and I can't seem to find it anywhere.
I have an iPhone 5 32 gig on ATT running 7.0.4
