WinterBoard Not Working

Hello all. I have jail broken my 5s with evasi0n.7. All the compatiable tweaks work fine but whatever theme I try to apply via WinterBoard will not apply. I can go in and check the theme, respring and nothing just the same stock icons or whatever else I tried to apply won't show. Anyone else having this issue or have a solution?
