Transparent Folder Icons on Springboard

I have looked everywhere, I cannot seem to make the default folder icons on my springboard transparent. I have the default background inside the folder transparent, but not the icon itself. My device is a JB iPhone 5S running 7.0.4. I have also try'd a slew of tweaks for iOS 7, they all just make the background transparent, not the icon itself.

Here is a screen shot of my springboard, I just want to make the folders transparent...
