I've an iPhone 4S with IOS 7.0.4 and my iMessage doesn't work with my number phone only with email. What can I do?

Change your message setting.

Check if iMessage is activated. You should see a message just below the iMessage toggle in the Settings app (Settings > Messages). If it says activation didn't work, then disable toggle and re-enable it.
