iPhone 3gs 16GB error 1 itunes

I am in a big Trouble Please Help

I have iphone 3gs 16 gb it was running with ios 4 with 6.15.00 baseband , one day my bother unexpectedly updated to ios 6.1.3 , but it didnt happen it is upgrading upto 70 % and getting restarted automatically , the itunes is showing error 1 . i have tried with different desktops nothing happens , If it is a hardware i will dump it or an software isssue please provied the solution for this
