cant activate lock screen theme in my iphone 4s ios 7

I hv downloaded some lock screen themes like
sublime lock hd, fifty foot shadow...i hv applied them
through winterboard but not working but the themes like kiki, soft remix, flat 7, is working
well....um using i4s with ios7 plz help me wiv da solution :-( :-( :-(
