iOS 7 jailbreak lockscreen tweaks not working

I have jailbroke my iPhone 5 iOS 7.0.4 and tried installing tweaks for my lockscreen, and all that happens is the "slide to unlock" goes away with no matter what lockscreen tweak. I have restored my phone and done everything again and the same problem, I've got substrate updated but no matter what lockscreen tweak it doesnt work or passcode tweak.

Which lock screen tweak are you referring to? It is possible that they are not compatible with iOS 7. For example: IntelliScreenX and LockInfo, two of the most popular lock screen tweaks are not compatible with iOS 7, and hence won't work.

all lockscreen tweaks, iOS 7 or not, AndroidlockXT doesnt work and is iOS 7 compatible
