Want to restore Ipad 2 from ios 6.1.3 to same ios 6.1.3 ???

Hope every one fine.
I have ipad 2 with ios 6.1.3(currently running).After jailbreak with posixspwn 1.0.4, i am facing some battery problems.So, i want to reset to factory settings.I tried to reset ipad 2 from general settings in ipad but every time it stucks at apple logo.So, then i tried to restore same ios 6.1.3 using itunes 11.0.2.26.But when itunes downloaded ios 6.1.3 then in recovery mode i got error 3194.I also use tiny umbrella to by pass that error but after bypassing that error i got new error 1601.So, is there any way to restore ipad to the same ios 6.1.3 ?
