Can't install apps from itunes on PC

Hello guys,
I'm new here, but I am a Jailbreak lover. I have always jailbroken my devices, but now I've had my first important issue. When I try to install a cracked .ipa through itunes, the app transfers correctly to my ipad, but when it says "Installing..." it stops and the icon can't be opened. I've always used the same method. I have a jailbroken iPad 2 with iOS 7.0.4, and I installed **** for 7.0+ from Cydia (Hackyouriphone repo). Thank you for your attention
