Restore jailbroken iPad mini from 6.1.2 to 6.1.2

ello! Is it possible to restore my iPad mini with iOS 6.1.2 to the same iOS without having to update to iOS 7?

Ya just erase the iPad , settings, general then at bottom erase all content and data
