iFile created a file that cannot be deleted? (iPad)

I deleted a DreamBoard theme (while it was activated) in which I did not want to keep. It put me back to the original iPad state after I deleted it, but the file then became corrupt. The file is still located within /var/mobile/Library/iFile/Trash
If anyone does happen to know a way to completely remove this file/folder, that would be very helpful.
