Sudden shift in border colours iOS 7.0.4 Jailbroken

After a few updates in Cydia (I believe Flagpaint, Icontool and something else I can hardly remember) the upperborder of a few apps has shifted colour. At first, I thought it was cool, but it also makes the text in the statusbalk barely readable. The thing is, that I don't have a clue where this sudden change has come from. I've checked every JB setting I have (at least I think so) but I cannot find the source of the problem. This is getting extremely annoying and I was hoping that maybe one of you guys knew a solution, or experience the same problem as I do.
I'll include a list with al the JB tweaks I have installed (or at least which ones I can configure from the settings app):

Now that it's zoomed in like that, it doesn't seem that hard to discern the letters from the background colours, but because it's on my screen, and therefore the letters are way smaller, I'm getting really annoyed and I hope one of you will have me a simple and fast fix :)
