iMessage not working, what tweak is causing that??

Hello, I've been having problems with imessage, i receive but when i send it shows as "delivered" but the other person never gets it.
Im running 7.0.4 on Iphone 5S with the latest jailbreak untethered.
I ALSO TRIED RESTORING AND JAILBREAKING AGAIN AND ITS THE SAME THING WHEN I GET THE TWEAKS/
My Cydia Tweaks are:
