AppStore failed to download to any app!

Hey I dont know what is the problem, when I'm trying to download any app from the appstore, its asks for the icloud password then loads for a while then a window pops up saying, "This app cannot be downloaded at this time. Please try again later"
I try later, it doesnt work
I switch it off & then try, it works sometime.
what is the bug here?

There was probably a connectivity problem. Are you still facing the issue?

Yea dude, still facing it. Connectivity not a problem i guess.

It happened to my Iphone 4s before but when I turned it off and turn it on again, everything works fine.

Try hardware reseting your device by pressing the Home and Power button simultaneously till you see the Apple logo, then release the buttons.
