Setting Two Level Authentication on iDevices

Is there a way I can set up two or more levels of security on my iPad/iPhone? Like I have to put a pin in, then type in a password then it will give me access to my iDevice?

No, but instead of a 4-digit passcode, you could set an alpha-numeric passcode which is stronger.
