my iPhone A1303 is iOS 4.2.1 but not upgrad to iOS 6? how to upgrad ?

You have an iPhone 3GS, so ideally you should be able to upgrade to iOS 6.1.6.
Check this guide to see how to upgrade to iOS 6.1.6 manually. The guide is for iOS 7 but should work with iOS 6 as well:
