iv got iphone 5 i got a IOS 10.2.1 update it keeps saying VIRIFYING then try agen its saying no internet conection But iv got data & bband ?

Try backing up your phone and resetting it to factory settings. Then restore when you get it booted again and try the OTA update again.
Personally, I had to update mine (iPhone 7 but I had the same exact issue) through iTunes. Then I was able to update it again through the OTA system to iOS 10.3. That may be what you have to do.
