How can I get out of endless loop and recovery?

So i got myself in a pickle here, First I got myself into the endless boot loop. but I got out of it. Then It got stuck on the recovery thing afterwards. I didn't want to erase my stuff so I used recbot to get out. Unfortunately it got me stuck in the loop thing again. So anything I do, it gets me stuck in either one. Please help me! And thanks!
