Help me to unbrick iphone 4

Hello everyone,
completely bricked.
Last time was on ios 4.0. Redsnow shows me the "soft DFU" mode, i can switch to "DFU" and "pwned DFU". I tried to "restore" using itunes and redsnow but got stacked every time, in itunes on "Preparing iphone to restore" and on redsnow "waiting for reboot". The only thing I accomplished was after removing the battery, and after connecting the USB without active software, display the message on the screen: panic, we are hanging here, os version: not yet set, and even a bunch of numbers and text ....
Trayed to home + pover button but nothing rly bring it up.
How can I revive it?
