Upgrading to iOS 7.1 betas

Im trying to upgrade to iOS 7.1 beta 3. My UDiD is registered so i know thats not the problem. Every time i select the ipsw to upgrade, i get an error 20 seconds telling me my device doesn't support the selected. I know i have the right version ipsw, i have also tried it on beta 1 and 2 for 7.1. I looked up some solutions, i tried adding the # to the beginning of the thing in the hosts files, as well as deleting the whole line. I have also tried on multiple computers. I tried it on my windows 8 pc, and would sometime get error 11 on that one, and tried the hosts file once again on that, and no luck. Im having a lot of problems with iOS 7.0.6 currently and need to get to iOS 7.1 ASAP. Any help would be appreciated please. And no comments like, oh well thats why you wait until the public release. Thanks
