Downgrade iPhone 4 to iOS 6 without having my own SHSH blobs?

I have an iPhone 4 running iOS 7.0.6 and I want to downgrade to iOS 6 (6.1.3/6.1.4 preferably). I don't have my SHSH blobs because the the time of updating I didn't know we require that if we ever wanna downgrade in future. Anyways, can I still downgrade to iOS 6? I don't mind jailbreaking the device. Some people are saying that redsn0w is the way to do it. Can anyone help me with this?
