No service on IOS 6.1.6 even after installing p0sixspwn & ultra snow

Hello guys,
Yesterday i jailbroke may 3GS with IOS 6.1.6 and baseband 6.15 now only problem is it cant find network shows "NO SERVICE" i have installed both p0sixspwn and ultrasnow b4 updating i was using 6.1.3 with same baseband and was working perfectly.
any help .
