I have this problem with my new JAILBROKEN iPhone 5c [URGENT pls help]

Ok, so I have a jailbroken iPhone 5c (ios 7.0.2), I've had it jailbroken for about two days now, and EVERYTIME I Install an APP, The Jailbroken Apps/Tweaks icon's change into the 'developing' icon ( You know, the white icon with circles and lines) And they crash when I try to open them... Ive tried reinstalling Mobile Substrate and Safe Mode But non of them seem to be working... :( pls help me I don't want to reinstall my jailbroken apps/tweaks every time I install an app (from Appstore and Vshare)... Thank you
