How do I update my cracked apps? (Jailbreak iOS 7.0.6)

So i have the "latest" evasion jailbreak and it is as I expected, however..
I am using the cydia tweak AppCake to download apps, but I can't update them via Appstore (obviously)
I remember being able to update cracked apps on Zeusmos, but you can't on AppCake? Someone know how I can update?

By buying the apps from the App Store?

Personally - Id download AppAddict - It shows a notification when a new update is available. Its the same as Appcake, just easyer to work and use
