iTunes 11.1.5 Freezes, when i connect my iPhone 5s after semi restore

hi guys,

please help me out to get rid from itunes freezes, i've 7.0.6 jailbroken iphone 5s,

i did it semirestore with open ssh installed, but after that itunes is freezing,

when i connect to itunes, in windows 7 64bit and mac book pro 64bit,

please help me in this regards.....im stuck, can't take a back up
