i have so many problems and need your help please,
first, when i plug my iphone to the PC it recognized and it install the driver (before install ITunes), after that i installed the latest version of itunes and i plugged in the iphone then nothing happened, i plugged in the iphone so many times and nothing happened on itunes even on the windows (like that i don't plug anything) so the device is not detected....! whats problem ?
2nd, i tried to enter the device into the DFU mode and it wouldn't enter, it restart only so i can't enter the DFU, tried to do it by redsn0w and sn0wbreeze also didn't worked so whats problem here and the solution ?
last question: can i update my iphone from IOS 6.1.3 to IOS 7.0.x or signing blobs are closed ?

You can't update from iOS 6.1.3 to iOS 7.0.6 as Apple has stopped signing iOS 7.0.6, and the blobs aren't useful for it.
