What is the difference between the two sets of screens to answer the phone?

You included an image that shows the progression of iOS
One set shows "slide to answer" and one set shows "green answer button".
I do not like slide to answer, but green answer button only shows occasionally.
Why?

That happened to me as well. I noticed that once my phone is being used, the green button comes up when somebody is calling me. However if my phone is not being used, I had to answer phone calls by sliding the slide bar... I also noticed that changes with answered buttons has changed after I installed security360.
