Possible to unlock iOS 7 iCloud?

Does anyone know how to bypass the activation screen in iOS 7? I restored my iphone but I don't know the iCloud information and it's not my email. I saw this website selling an unlock, does anyone know this method?

    There is no way to bypass the activation screen as it is an anti-theft measure.

    Regarding "this website selling an unlock", we don't sell unlocks, you probably saw an ad on the site.
