Can a block number on the iPhone iOS7, still receive a voicemail message.

I was wondering if I block a number using my iPhone settings, I won't receive phone calls, texts or FaceTime. But it doesn't say anything about receiving a voicemail message. From what I understand, the blocked number will not know they are blocked because it will still show up as delivered in text messages and will be sent to voicemail. But will I receive the voicemail, if one was left?
