Iphone 4s problem

I just updated my Iphone 4s and now he dont allow me to change volume settings. Youtube videos doesn't are heared and even the music on it let me take volume up or down!!!!

You seem to have the mute switch enabled. The one on the left of the iPhone just above the volume buttons.
