stuck on reset loop after failing restore to iOS 7.04,IPAD 2,HUGE problem

I'm having really serious problem and I really don't know what to do,I tried to update to iOS 7.04,got error 3194,after that tried TinyUnberale to get out.. and now I'm Apple Logo reset loop,getting 3194 error when trying to restore to iOS 7.04,I don't want to try to restore to newest iOS because I want to keep my Jailbreak... and solution to my problem? thanks

UPDATE: looks like the Ipad still boot after few loops.. ,I'm on 5.1.1, any safer way to update to 7.04-6? thanks
