Jailbroken Ipad can't launch cydia anymore/other apps,can't upgrade iOS

hi there,after failed attempt to upgrade to i0S 7 to Jailbreak there,I'm now having issues.
first,it takes long time after few loops to my Ipad 2 actually boot,after that,EVERY time I'm trying to launch cydia and some apps it black screen and crashes,things like chrome and setting still working. I tried to re Jailbreak 5.1.1,but said it's already Jailbroken... I don't know what to do.. I can't enjoy my Jailbroken Ipad 2,and can't resotre to i0S 7,I'm on 5.1.1

It looks like you've a tethered jailbreak. You can use Redsn0w to tethered boot your iPad to fix the issue.

not working... I can't load 5.1.1 from file

I'm having Ipad 2 WI-FI Model A1395,iOS 5.1.1,what should I do to fix the problem? somehow it went tethered.. but I can't boot any iOS FW file with Redsn0w to my model,maybe I'm downloading wrong?
