Can't exit Safe Mode [Evasi0n]

Hello,
I am new to this Forum and have a problem with my jailbroken iPhone 5 which runs on iOS 7.0.6
I downloaded a tweak and after I pressed 'Respring Springboard' my phone boots and then turns black, but you can see that the phone was on. I tried the Hard Reset but that didn't work. Then I tried the way with the Volume Up and that works. Now it seems to be that the phone is in Safe Mode (all tweaks all disabled and hidden from Settings). I want to exit the possible Safe Mode but the button is gone... how can I fix this?

You should ideal see Exit Safe mode in the Status bar. If you tap on it, you will get an option to restart. Click on it to restart your device, and to exit safe mode.

The sentence 'Exit Safe Mode' in the status bar is gone.

Try rebooting your device.

I did serveral times with holding the home and sleep button. No changes

I was able to acces cydia and deleted the app that chaises the problem. After that I rebooted my phone. Now everything is good!
Problem solved, please close this thread.
