New 5S, inadvertently went to 7.1!

I bought a new 5S (from a 4 CDMA) because I LOVED my jailbreak this time, but the 4 was so slow. Seriously, I hadn't had anything to eat and I went to link the new phones to iTunes and didn't realize I had clicked update to 7.1. Now I have a brand new (today!) phone with 7.1 that I can't jailbreak? I don't know if I can exchange it tomorrow for no good reason....It came out of the box with 7.0.6-if I do a factory restore will it go to that? (I know...probably not). Suggestions? Mine for you is don't buy a phone hungry. :(

Has anyone ever exchanged a new phone the next day for no reason? Do you get a restocking fee?
