Device Instability

Hello. I've some problems with my device. It's really unstable and unresponsive. Apps freeze and crash. Most of the time is Safari and Facebook. And sometime it freezes and even RESPRING! It got on my nerve. I don't know what cause the issue. I viewed log files and it felt like reading Chinese letters...



I'm using iPad Mini, iOS 7.0.4, Jailbroken.
