over the phone update to 7.0.4

my daughter wants a jailbreak and updated over the phone to 7.0.. now jailbreak won't work but I have 7.0.4 on computer. how do I update it to 7.0.4? Also, I have 6.1.3 and and want to do the same. Any help will be appreciated!
