guys i bought an iphone 4s . i restored it .and now when i'm trying to get in , i get block by icloud saying that my iphone was lost and erased and that i have to sign in with the icloud account of the previous user ect.... so what am i suppose to do now?? i don't know who the previous user was

The ONLY way round this is to log in unfortunately...I'd suggest either trying to find who the previous owner was or asking for your money back...

what if i somehow downgrade the iphone to an ios 6.... version?
