hi everyone
i have a problem and i'll be gratefull if you help me.
i have iphone 4 s not jailbreaked it fall from a desk and it power off.
when i try to power on the iphone it was stuck to the apple picture so i try to enter to the recovery mode but itunes did not responde pleaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaase help me .

Do you have icloud account or not? If you try to open itunes,it will ask your icloud account id and password.So make sure about it.

Unplug your phone from the computer, hold the power and home key to reset it, then plug it back in and restore it.

If its stuck in recovery mode hold the home and power buttons for 10 secs that will work
